The shipping from vendor ( ShoesCentral) took @ 8 days, which is long compared to many shoe sites that offer free 1 day shipping ( and a return sticker if size is not correct ). There is no return sticker included for exchanges, also-many conditions apply, and the invoice states it may be 30 days until you recieve your replacement. The shoes ran around a half size too small, although the quality was very nice.

I thought these shoes were going to change my life, but like most things, they were just hyped up, and my feet still hurt just like they did before I got them, and my high top converse with inserts are more comfortable than these. When I walk on the street or on the concrete floor at work, I feel like I'm walking ON the concrete and not in what I was told would be one of the most comfortable shoes I'd ever wear.

Based on the recommendations from my doctor, I decided to spend the extra dollars and invest in these insoles instead of buying Dr. Scholl's at the grocery store. I am very glad that I did! These insoles are of a very high quality and are easy to pull out and insert into different shoes as needed. I could tell the difference instantly in that my feet felt a lot more comfortable and that dratted heel pain from my tight calves was mostly alleviated while wearing them. I have not had any problems with smell or squeaking at all and I've not needed to heat them in the oven for molding either. They were working great straight out of the box. I am a Woman's Size 8 and the size for Women's 7-8 fit perfectly into my shoes. However, I think that if you wearing smaller than size 8's, that you might have to trim the insoles to fit your shoes. The insoles fit into some of my shoes without having to remove the existing insoles, but many of my shoes will necessitate me removing the original insoles to fit the Spenco insoles inside them.

I bought these for nike air shoes that were not comfortable enough. It was quick and easy to replace the old insoles with these and have not had any problems with them since. I purchased the 12/13 for mens and did not have to cut, adjust it. Many people say you should put the insoles into the oven to warm them up... I think simply putting them into the shoes and letting them mold due to your foot's heat is just enough. Good insoles, I will buy another pair for my other shoes.

These are by far the best insoles I have used. I've tried the cheap-o products from local drug stores and they don't come close. I got a size 12 and didn't need to try the custom molding option, they work great on their own! I haven't had any of the reported squeaking problems, so no complaints here!

These are great for feet that aren't so great. They have been pretty durable for my use and they just work. The "sorb" works OK for a while, but nothing is perfect. They will get old just like any other insoles, but so far have lasted better than the shoes they are in. The hiker version also works well.

After posting this, I read the review which said that after some time the heel padding broke down and causes a bump which irritated the author's heel. I use mine with theTuli's Classic Heel Cups, Regular (Under 175lbs) which are also great, and with that combo have never had any such heel problems (the tulis come in two sizes though depending on weight).

With some shopping around these can be found for less.

I really like theses walking shoes. They are unique.

I usually wear walking or running shoes for the treadmill and/or outdoor walking. These Skechers Shape Ups seem to make walking easier. I like the angle of the shoe sole -- it feels totally different from other walking shoes. It feels right. That is, it feels natural. The feet are positioned as they should be.

I did notice a difference in my posture immediately. My shoulders were back more and my chest was out more, as they both should be. The first time, my back was a little uncomfortable just for the first few minutes. After that, I was fine.

I usually walk for about 30 minutes, and usually I have to MAKE myself do the entire 30 minutes. With the Skechers Shape Ups, walking is not a chore any more. I actually wanted to walk more, and I did.

I bought these shoes will little expectations. WRONG! I am a large woman with bad knees and back. I put these on in the mornings and wear them all day. They're wonderful when shopping. My knees still get stiff by they don't hurt and to me that's the biggest and best thing. When I don't wear the Skechers I can really tell in my feet and knees. Make sure you buy a little larger. I wear a 10 and bought a 11 because I can't stand my toes to hit the ends of my shoes, and they fit perfectly. Thank you Skechers!

These slippers are indeed rugged and very, very warm. However, after only 20 minutes of wear time they make my feet and ankles ache so badly because once your heels settle into the sheepskin it is like walking on bricks. There is zero shock absorption so if you have plantar fasciitis, weak ankles or spurs then these are not the slippers for you. For the money I expected more than just wool over hard rubber. An underlayer of memory foam or something could have made a world of difference. I won't be buying these again.

I received thee cozy and sturdy slippers as a gift late in the fall of 2008. They looked and felt great, but before the winter was over the heel part of the interior sole became completely worn out in both slippers. For the record, I am 5'7", weigh under 120 lbs, and do not have an unusual gait. I was surprised that an Uggs product would wear out so fast. My last pair of shearling-lined slippers lasted over 15 years (wish I could remember the brand).

I wear an 8.5 shoe, the size 9 slipper fit perfectly.

I got these demi boots last winter- I was tired of wearing 2-3 pair of socks along with regular slippers to keep my feet warm. It would seem that the cost for the demi boots is high to use them as slippers, however, I have gotten more than my money's worth out of them. They do a great job keeping my feet warm, and are relatively easy to get on- I do have to bend down to get my foot in, but it's not a big deal. I haven't been wearing them as much lately, as I purchased the Bearpaw Dream 10" lug sole boots for use outdoors- again, my feet are freezing all the time, regular boots weren't working anymore. So now I want another set w/o lug sole for my slippers, as I like how the 10" keep my legs warm, too! Highly recommended.

I can't believe the overwhelmingly positive reveiws of this shoe. This shoe has no arch support. I've played two pickup games that aren't too serious and I could barely walk after each one. They abosrb no impact when you run and even though I tied them as tight as I could, blisters will still forming.

The one positive thing I'll say about them is they get much more traction them my regular sneakers on an indoor basketball floor so I can change direction better, which is part of the reason I get blisters because I cut/change direction very fast. (I get them with regular shoes, but I was hoping these would stop that)

I suppose if you're playing on grass or fake grass they might be ok but any hard surface I would avoid these sneakers. Also the extra long shoe toungue is annoying and looks bad folded down. (on the white sneakers at least)

I went back to my tennis shoes, I'm getting rid of these.

They are a little tight on the sides, but I was looking for a shoe that fit snug. Also a reason that I got them was for the arch support that they offer. What is there to say about these shoes besides the fact that they're very comfortable, feel great (redundancy), and look good? Not much, I guess. What else do you say about shoes? Did I mention that these shoes feel great on the feet, as they would feel anywhere else? Seriously, buy a pair if you're into that whole wearing-shoes thing. $40 or so for a great pair of shoes, very good deal. I mean, you could do a lot worse; you could be spending any money at all on a pair of Crocs. (Whatever America did to deserve those, we sincerely apologize.) Anyway, wearing them with a pair of shorts is fine, but if you're vain when it comes to your legs or you're not quite ready to let your friends know that you too shave the fuzz from your legs, wear these Originals with a pair of trousers, khaki or gray, whatever you're feeling. The shoes are casually athletic, like white guys who say, "Yeah, I play soccer" but in fact have never played soccer for a recreational team and have little-to-none-at-all knowledge about the sport, but the idea sounds good. What's better than running around on green grass, sometimes getting to kick a ball, in short shorts and a jersey, giving yourself and others the impression that you're athletic? You're fooling everyone, don't worry. And after you wipe your forehead and throw your short bangs back, covered in sweat, after you trot over to the sideline, breathing hard, grab a towel, wipe yourself off, sit down in the grass and not the bleachers (on purpose, of course; athletes don't sit in seating apparatuses), take off those hopefully-filthy cleats and slip on these cool-as-hell vintage shoes. I promise they will reinforce your image as an athlete. Did I mention they feel like a foot-rub given by the most beautiful girl in the world? Please, wear these shoes with a sense of honor: be yourself, and for God's sakes, don't pop your collar.

There's nothing more classic than a black and white pair of chuck high tops. I've worn them since I was a kid and I'm not about to stop now.

I buy a pair every few years and wear them until they are literally falling apart around my feet.

As much as I love the look of a brand new clean pair of chucks, I also have a special place in my heart for a beaten, battered, torn up, scribbled on, dirty, scuffed up pair. It's all part of the life cycle of a pair of Chuck Taylors.

The basic colors also hold a special place in my heart. I can't walk into journey's anymore because all the shoes in there look like a clown took acid and threw up all over the place. Who can sell me shoes that don't make me look an a-hole? I'll stick to the classics.

I gave a 4 star review, however, because it upsets me that these shoes have become so expensive. They can't possibly cost anywhere near that much to make. There's not much to them and that's what I like.

I have been wearing these shoes for a week now and I can't believe how great my feet feel in them! I suffer from plantar fascitis and could barely walk in my regular sneakers.

These are the only thing that relieve the pain. I wear them all day while I am in the house or when I have long shopping trips. Not the most fashionable shoes on the market, but

provide incredible comfort. You need to order a size bigger as they do run small. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who suffers from heel/foot pain, or anyone who

has to be on their feet for an extended period of time. I think the MBT's are too expensive and the Sketchers are a great alternative.

These shoes look great and fit comfortably. The problem is that they are not wel balanced. When walking, the shoes lean towards the inside. Also, the back to front stepping motion is not as smooth as mbt's. I also have MBT's and in my humble opinion, the mbt's are much better balanced and designed. Considering these are half the price of mbt's and look much better than any mbt, there is value there. I would return these if I could.

In summary, these look good, but don't work as well as mbt's.

I read the reviews for the MBTs and Reebok version before purchasing this shoe, thinking it would be the same thing at a lower price point. I buy almost all my shoes online and have never once had to return something due to fit. I wear a 9.5 - 10 shoe and purchased a 10. The length of the shoe fits fine and the width of the base is a little big, but not too much so. What's strange about the shoe, however, is the size of the foot compartment, especially in the front of the shoe. I have the laces pulled together as tightly as it can possibly go and it's still too big. I know a size ten foot is large for a woman, but that doesn't mean she has sausage feet. I'm 5'9" and a small size 8, so I'm not too thin nor overweight - just normal size with feet you'd expect on a tall woman. Seriously, I couldn't fit into any of my shoes when I was pregnant with twins, but I bet these would have been perfect. Perhaps they didn't make the mistake in the smaller sizes, but I would really recommend trying on the shoe before ordering it.

The other thing I find odd about the shoe is that there is no arch inside the shoe. I guess these would be perfect for someone with flat feet (even better fit if your feet are flat and fat). I needed to add arch supports and haven't had to do that with any other sneakers.

Aside from the fit, I do think the sneakers are doing what they promised. The roll is so far that I found my knees hyperextending a little bit, but I quickly got used to avoiding that. I think the shoe would be more effective, however, if it fit better and I didn't feel like the front of my fit could slide around so much.

Overall, the shoe probably does what it claims. I also have the Fitflop sandals, from this past summer, could not live w/out them! I was dissappointed Macy's would not carry FitFlop's fall boot line-only the Emu's. Anyway, they're like wearing the Flops! I wear them for very long periods of time when they're on my feet. Indoors, my feet do get a bit moist, as there's no fur on the bottom, but w/ NO residual consequences! I don't miss the fur bottom, and they have not stretched the way the Ugg's did...I already knew what size to order-depends on your instep. The first pair I orders squeaked on one shoe so I re-ordered and these are fine. I wish I had one in every color and style!!!

I tried to get my daughter to convert from Ugg's, but that peer influence is too great. You will be so happy with hese because the foot bed felt good & I could really take fast steps unlike the other I already own which make me feel like I'm shushing along...Treat yourself, I also got supersaver shipping, that was sweet. I bought my first pair of FitFlop sandals in the summer of 2008. I promptly bought two more pairs and they're the only flip flops I wear anymore. My kids and grands live in Chicago and when I visit in warm weather, they're the only shoes I take and they're terrific for walking around town. They're great for my back and leg pain and my best friend swears they cured her plantar fasciitis. I longed for the Billow Clogs (slightly lower than these) but the price was beyond my budget. Then I was lucky enough to get them on sale in pink from Victoria's Secret at the end of the Winter 20008-9 season (pink was only available from VS). I wear them only inside as slippers and they are like walking on clouds. I got the FitFlop Mukluk from Amazon at a good price this fall and I plan to wear them only inside as well, alternating them with my pink ones. I love them and they're just as comfortable as other FitFlops only warmer and even cozier than my pink Billows. My wish now is for a pair of higher FitFlop boots to wear outside during the cold Michigan and Illinois winters. I'm a baby boomer and I'm just so grateful that there is such a variety of cute, cool and comfy shoes available to us as we age and get more aches and pains. On some rainy days i started to feel like my feet were colder and started getting wet, and when i checked i saw that there was a whole in the part where the sole attaches to the upper boot. They are so warm you could wear them in the winter without socks and your feet wouldnt even be cold! Between my daughters and me, we've had 7 pairs of these boots. They are wonderfully comfortable and warm (hence two stars instead of one). BUT they wear out very quickly. The first time, I thought it was a fluke, considering the great reviews on the quality. However, 6 of them have had the same problem (the 7th pair I rarely wear). In fact, with one pair, the stitching came lose and the shoe almost totally detached from the shaft. We've never gotten more than one season out of any of them. Last year, I wore mine maybe 2 times a week in the fall and winter, and the soles had cracks before the end of February. I'm sure you're wondering why I kept giving them a chance; I love the comfort so much that I tried to keep believing that the problem with the soles was an aberration (silly, but shoes are not always a rational decision). However, comfortable as they are, I will not be buying any more boots from Bearpaw. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me 7 times...It's clear to me that this isn't a fluke, it's just the way they are made--poorly.

These are great boots! I think I didn't take them off my feet for the first 3 days I had them (I probably would have slept in them if I could haha). The only reason I didn't give them a 5 star is because I do have some problems with the wrap around tie. For me, they often feel loose, even when I have jeans stuffed in them (and especially when I'm wearing them without). I find myself having to tie, re-tie, and tighten them several times a day- which gets annoying. BUT besides that, they are seriously comfortable and everything I was hoping they'd be when I bought them!

Believe it or not, they look just as good as the day I received them!! There are no signs of wear!! After three solid months of wear, they've actually stretched a little bit, but nothing that an added insole won't cure. I would DEFINiTELY order a size smaller than your normal shoe size. This is my fifth pair of Bearpaws womens boots in this size and style. I always have problems with the stitching around the toes of the boots coming undone after about 4 months of daily wear. This years boots are much smaller around in the upper, I'd guess they have cut a full inch out of it. It won't go over my large calf, as it has alway done in the past. My 14 old daughter, who is svelt from a life of athletics, says that her uppers are too tight as well (she's wearing the womens size 12 boot in the same style). I love this boot, that's why I've purchased 5 pairs, but this year's boot seems to be a poorer quality.

They are definately great boots. I own a pair of Uggs and I do not think that those are any better than these. I would definatly recommend getting a size up on these though since they do run small. I was reluctant to purchase these unless I found them on sale, but after trying them on and wearing them for a bit, I woulda payed full-price for these boots. They are the perfect "walk-your-kids-to-school" boots, especially now that fall is here. They are stylish, without being too fussy, and comfortable just like slippers, and warm while still letting your feet breath. My only concern is keeping them still looking new, as the knit material can attract dirt. I originally got them in a light pink, and later got them in grey. I find myself wearing the grey more often, as the neutral colour matches well.

I recommend ordering down if you're a half size (ie. 7.5 order a 7) or sticking with your regular size if you're a solid number (ie. 8 should order 8). The liner does flatten out a bit after wearing, and the knit does stretch a bit as well, but not enough to size down a complete size.

When I first purchased these boots, I wanted to return them right away. I ordered my correct size but they were floppy on my feet (even with socks on) and they felt clunky and awkward. It was not until my younger sister buttoned them correctly for me did I start to enjoy them. Now, I wear them every chance I get (except in the snow and rain). They are so warm and snuggly, easy to wear with any casual clothing ( I pretty much only wear jeans) and my feet don't feel mushy when I take them off because they breathe.

I highly recommend them for people on the go, who walk and travel a lot (they're great at airports as well!).

They do take getting used to, but once you break them in they're invaluable. I can't imagine my casual wardrobe without them.

Now, if I only knew how to clean them.... I have them in oatmeal.

I bought 3 pair ( 1 for me and for my 13 and 10 year old daughters). We all love them! They are comfortable, cute (no matter what others say) and don't make your feet sweat. Trust me, this is a big deal after living with my teenager and her faux sheepskin slippers (Ugh!). The only problem is that they require regular care, particularly for my youngest. She has SOAKED them at least three times (we live in Michigan)and even waterproofing doen't keep them from VERY dark water stains. I researched on line and found that cleaning them with vinegar does the trick! Save yourself the money and don't buy the cleaner- vinegar is cheap and available! I pretty much clean them and re-waterproof them once a month. They still look great! They'd be ruined if not for the regular care. That makes these boots expensive AND high maintenance. They do run small-order a full size down. You'll be glad you did.

I have to say these are one of my favorite brands ever. in fact i now own 12 pairs of ugg boots they really are comfortable whether you wear them as slippers or for everyday. but i have to warn you because of the flat sole they are not that great for walking long distances unless you put in an insole. i have to say my favorite ones i own are the classic tall lavender the classic tall patchwork and the sunset in teal. definitely worth the money because they last long my oldest pair is over 5 years old and going strong.

I wear these boots with everything. They are so comfortable and actually have a little arch support. I love them. I ordered the tan ones but will be ordering the black ones too. I wear them to football games and around the house. They are well constructed and have not shed on me like other shearling boots tend to do. I am very pleased and even more pleased that they cost half what UGGS do. I ordered an 8 even though I'm usually an 8.5 or 9 and they are perfect.

Bought these boots as an alternative to the Uggs. They are very comfortable, warm and the soles are quite sturdy. They were a little itchy at first but feel great now, don't need to wear socks with them. I've worn Uggs before and these are very comparable. Sizing seems to run small. I generally wear a 7.5 and ordered the 7. Great color, stitching appears well sewn and I also waterproofed them to withstand a little rain. Overall, great pair of boots!

I just got my boots today, and i love them. Iv'e had 6 different kinds from Arizona brand to Kitsons. These are comparable to my Kitsons which i payed 300$ for. They are comfortable, warm, supportive, and they feel like a dream. I am a boot person all the way, and these are great, i love them. The only problems i noticed, they are very snug, a little hard to get into. I guess because they are high. I am a little overweight, if you like the fur showing they are fine, if not they are tight around the leg. You will not be tucking anything into these, unless you have very little calves. I suggest for people ( with lg legs)who dont like to fold them down, get a shorter pair. Other than that they are great.

Reviews I have read on this product were good. I liked the price so ordered a pair. The boots came and the fit was horrible! I have rather athletic calves and the boots were too narrow to fit. I had a skinny friend try them on and she had the same issue.

Would NOT buy this brand again.

I usually wear a size 6 1/2 or 7, so I ordered the size 7. It wasn't super small, but at the back of the ankle the boot curves in and was rubbing my ankle and my toe just barely touched the end. If I pushed my foot all the way to the back, it would fit my foot, but there was no way my foot would stay that far back in the boot and it would have given me a blister if I tried. Not near as comfortable as I had heard they were. But I do think a size 8 would have been great. I wanted to be able to roll the top of the boot down to show the fur, but when I did, it showed creases of white where the fur was attached to the boot in pieces. This was the main reason I returned this item. It is slightly tight around the calves, so if you have large calves you may want to get a shorter boot. All in all, I liked the boot, but with the defect in the fur and the size being a little small, I had to return it. So next time I will order a size 8 and get the 10" because the 12" was just too tall for the look I'm going for.

"Stablicers work better for me!" 2009-04-01

I went through 2 pairs of these hiking on snowy trails (one I purchased, the second set was given to me by the store after the first set broke early on). Worked great the first outing, then started to slip off by the second outing. I was having to adjust them every fifty yards because they would not stay in place on my boots. I tried making a velcro strap like the 'Pro' versions, but that didn't help. Then the flimsy rubber/plastic broke.

I eventually spent almost 3 times as much for Stablicers. Worth every penny. 4 icy day hikes with them, and no trouble at all. Heavier, but they really work.

The yak traks are very helpful when crossing sidewalks, and streets. You still have to be a litle careful when walking but they give you more confidence. They do prevent slipping on ice coated driveways

Once I got the devices onto my New Balance Shoes they really worked. No more slipping when getting the paper - which is the reason I bought them in the first place.

The only cons were untwisting them from the package. What do I mean? They are twisted/compressed for shipping purposes. It is like undoing a snarl. Once you get past the unsnarling, then you have to figure out how to pull them over your the soles of your shoes.

However, these things work and I highly recommend them. Oh yes, I do not remove them from my NBs I just put the shoes on when there are slippery conditions. I don't want to wrestle them off the shoes and then have to put them back on.

But, as I wrote before, they really work and I would buy them again. No more falling down!

I have a big dog and need to hit the trails every, day rain or shine. These cleats proved very helpful in winter months. They have great grip on icy terrain, even steep and icy hiking trail. My only problem was that they were a little hard to pull on over my boots. Not as hard as the pro-version, but still hard. Because I had troubles pulling them over the lip of a boot, I lost one a few times on a trail and had to go back to find it. I may try a larger size next winter to see if it's easier to pull and if they still stay put.

I slip on the ice all the time. But with my new Yaktrax I can walk over the ice with confidence. I love my Yaktrax and won't walk on the ice without them. The downsides are that they must fit your boot tightly making them a little tough to put on. And they come off when I walk through snow that's more than an inch deep. But even with these downsides I'd never be without and would recommend them.

These are essential for winter running on ice. The only problem is that if you end up running on too much snow, it will bunch up beneath your feet and make them pretty useless. They definitely give you traction on ice though, so they are great for preventing injury.

A fellow dog walker recommended this product on one of the icier days this winter and it's been a godsend. With these on, I can walk on the ice more confidently than my puppy. They can slip off in snow drifts, though (though on one occasion, I lost one because I was inadvertently wearing my husband's larger pair). I highly recommend these. My favorite new gadget in years.

"LOVE these!" 2009-11-19

I know a lot of the reviews say to get a size smaller, but that wasn't the case for me. I first ordered a size 7, I usually wear an 8.5, and they were WAY too small--like a size 7 would be. I ended having to pay to send them back and by the time I reordered them they jumped $20.00 in price! So, in regards to sizing listen to the manufacturer "1/2 sizes should round down." I finally ended up with an 8 and they fit great! As far as "comfortableness" it actually took wearing them a couple times for them to feel good on my feet, but now they seem to be broken in and I love wearing them. They keep my feet warm and comfortable. I really couldn't see spending all that money on Uggs ($180.00 where I live) and to be honest I think EMU's look better (at least the Bronte Lo Boot I bought). The price (about $100.00+ less after the return and re-order process) and look sold me on these and I'll be looking to get another pair soon. Would definitely recommend and FYI if you wear an 8.5 wide shoe like me, size 8 is perfect.

I just got these today and hated to take them off to treat them with water repellent. They are so comfy and VERY warm. Like everyone else said, you should order a size down. All my other boots are 10's, but these are 9's and fit perfectly.

These boots fit about a half size down. I wear a 9.5 or 10 and a 9 fits me fine. I bought these for my mom after I've had the stinger hi boots for a few years. These were less expensive than the stingers, but not as soft and flexible. She hasn't worn the boots at all, but I'm guessing that they will soften up the more she wears them.

If you truly want an Australian sheepskin boot then go for the "stinger" version. The "bronte" is more of a suede with wool on the inside which is cheaper, just as functional, but if you wear them all the time like me, I would rather have the "stinger".

If you only wear them on occasion then go for the "bronte".
